We back each project with rigorous analysis—location, demand, value‑add levers, and policy tailwinds—and we differentiate through thoughtful, multifunctional design. Led by JP Feghali, our integrated team manages the entire lifecycle from diligence to delivery.
WHAT WE DO
Development – Ground‑up and adaptive renovations of luxury single‑family and boutique multi‑family.
Design Studio – Architectural planning, interior design, and turnkey outfitting.
Owner’s Representation – Independent budget, schedule, and quality control for owners and family offices.
Investment – CASA sponsors and manages its own projects and vehicles as a principal, co‑investing alongside aligned LPs and co‑GPs.
DESIGN
CASA’s Design Studio designs all CASA developments in‑house—architecture and interiors—and also provides interior design as a standalone service to private owners and other developers. We lead each project from the first sketch through turnkey delivery, shaping program and circulation, resolving daylight and massing, and coordinating closely with structural and MEP engineers and the architect of record so design intent survives value‑engineering and job‑site realities.
Our scope spans architectural planning and interior architecture; custom millwork design and detailing for kitchens, baths, and wardrobes; reflected ceiling plans, lighting design, and controls; finish and fixture schedules; and exterior hardscape and landscape coordination. We support permit documentation with specifications and schedules, and stay involved during construction—reviewing submittals and shop drawings, walking the site, and managing punch and close‑out. When desired, we deliver a fully furnished result with turnkey FF&E procurement, installation, and styling.
We favor contemporary, timeless spaces that live well in Miami’s climate: indoor–outdoor flow, durable natural materials, performance finishes, and layered lighting at a human scale. The result is cohesive design from concept to handover, with clear deliverables, disciplined budgets and timelines, and presentation that photographs—and sells—beautifully.
DEVELOPMENT
CASA specializes in the development of luxury homes, multi-unit residential, and boutique hospitality projects.
We also work in collaboration with commercial developers on larger projects that incorporate principles of hospitality and design to create today’s in demand multifunctional spaces. At CASA, we meticulously manage our projects from schematic design to final delivery.
Our established relationship with the top local construction professionals and craftsmen ensures that our projects are executed to the highest level of quality, delivered on schedule and on budget.

Strategy
CASA specializes in sourcing and developing covetable properties, many of them off-market. Our analytical process factors in location, supply and demand, demographic data, behavioral shifts, and design feasibility. We focus on investments within neighborhoods where CASA has developed both market intelligence and execution capabilities, directly or through strategic partners.
Project Management & Planning
CASA has an in-house team of project managers and designers who collaborate on planning matters, development analysis, budget, architecture, design, and construction. This ensures that we are able to make informed and strategic acquisition, development and sale decisions.
