CASA has been developing in Miami since 2021. We underwrite the deal, design the house in-house — architecture and interiors — and manage the build through turnkey delivery. One team carries a project from the pro forma to the punch list, so nothing gets lost between the numbers, the drawings and the job site.
We work as principal on our own developments, as a design studio for private owners and other developers, and as owner’s representative for clients who want our scrutiny on their side of the table.

Founder & Managing Partner
Jean Pierre Feghali
Jean Pierre Feghali founded CASA DDI to bring design, development, and investment together within one integrated platform.
JP studied Urban Real Estate Development at the University of Pennsylvania before earning his law degree from NYU. Prior to moving to Miami, he worked across hospitality and multifamily real estate investments in New York City. As an attorney, he also advised on major project-finance transactions and complex capital-markets deals—experience that informs his ability to structure sophisticated legal and business arrangements, manage risk, and align the interests of investors and project partners.
Since establishing CASA DDI, JP has led the acquisition and development of more than a dozen residential properties while overseeing complex projects for private clients. His role spans the full development process—from site selection, capitalization, and project strategy through architecture, permitting, construction, procurement, and delivery.
JP combines an investor’s discipline with an owner’s attention to detail. He approaches each residence simultaneously as a design project, a place to live, and a significant financial asset. His role is to keep those priorities aligned while providing clients, investors, and project partners with a clear and accountable path from concept to completion.
Design & Development Partner
Esmeralda Farache
For more than three decades, Esmeralda Farache has designed residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across South Florida, New York, Colorado, the Caribbean, and Latin America. This breadth of experience has shaped a design perspective that is sophisticated yet approachable, grounded in an intuitive understanding of proportion, materials, craftsmanship, and how spaces are experienced over time.
As CASA DDI’s Design & Development Partner, Esmeralda leads the creative direction of the firm’s ground-up residences and private-client projects. She works across interior architecture, finishes, millwork, lighting, and furnishings, carrying a cohesive vision from the earliest plans through final installation.
Her many years of investing in real estate have also informed her approach. She understands that good design must do more than create an immediate impression—it should enhance the underlying value of a property, remain relevant over time, and withstand the realities of everyday use. This balance between creativity and commercial judgment informs every CASA DDI project.
Esmeralda’s work is defined by enduring materials, considered details, and interiors that feel personal rather than prescribed. Each residence responds to its architecture, its setting, and the people who will call it home.
Project Coordinator & Interior Designer
Julia Lopes
Julia Lopes is a Brazilian architect and interior designer with seven years of experience in high-end luxury interiors. Informed by her artistic background and Brazilian heritage, she is guided by a belief that design should be deeply intentional and personal.
She holds an undergraduate degree from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and a Master of Architecture from Florida International University, and is currently pursuing architectural licensure. Her work has been recognized with an AIA Award in 2025 and featured in Florida Design in 2023. She participated in the Venice Biennale in 2018, and her architectural thesis was published in Between the Leaves: On Housing, Vol. 1 by Canopy Architecture + Design in 2021.
As CASA DDI’s Project Coordinator & Interior Designer, Julia carries each project from the drawing set through delivery—submittals and shop drawings, samples and specifications, and the coordination with builders and consultants that keeps design intent intact. She is the point of contact once a project is on site.
Architectural Interior Design Draftsperson
Andrea Baron
Andrea Baron is an architect with international experience in high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects across the UAE, the United States, and Colombia.
Her Dubai experience has shaped a strong understanding of luxury design, refined materials, sophisticated detailing, and client expectations. She is passionate about creating spaces where architecture, interiors, and functionality come together seamlessly.
A true believer in the power of details, Andrea focuses on understanding each client’s lifestyle, needs, and vision to deliver thoughtful and highly personalized design solutions. Her background in architectural lighting design has also given her a deep appreciation for light as a fundamental architectural element—one that enhances materials, defines atmosphere, and transforms the experience of a space.
Her approach combines creative design, technical knowledge, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong understanding of the luxury client experience.
Tech Lead
Carlos Garcia
Carlos leads technology at CASA DDI, building the systems that connect design, development, and operations across the firm’s two practices.
He studied business administration at Universidad del Norte, and has spent the last two years building automation and AI-driven tools for operating teams—work that sits closer to how a business actually runs than to software for its own sake.
At CASA DDI he was the first technology hire, responsible for the systems the practice runs on and for the firm’s digital presence. He works across both the development and design sides.
Carlos builds the way the firm builds—for use, not for display. He favors tools the team adopts without being asked, and judges the work by what it takes off a day rather than what it adds.
Executive Administrative Assistant
Jennifer Herrera
Jennifer Herrera brings a background in executive administration, procurement, and project coordination to CASA DDI, with a strong focus on organization, communication, and the details that keep complex projects moving forward. Her approach is grounded in clarity, anticipation, and thoughtful follow-through.
Her professional experience spans procurement, vendor coordination, purchasing, documentation, scheduling, and executive support. Working across multiple teams and managing projects from inquiry through delivery has shaped a practical, detail-oriented approach to coordinating people, information, and priorities while keeping each process organized and moving forward.
At CASA DDI, Jennifer serves as a central point of coordination across clients, owners, designers, builders, consultants, and vendors. She manages project communications, proposals, procurement tracking, orders, invoices and payments, documentation, and meeting coordination—helping ensure that decisions are followed through and that nothing gets lost between planning, design, and execution.
