Architecture, interior architecture and turnkey outfitting. We design every CASA development in-house, and take on interiors as a standalone commission for private owners and other developers.

How it works
Investment
CASA sponsors and manages its own projects and vehicles as a principal, co-investing alongside aligned LPs and co-GPs. We put our own capital in first.
Our strategyThe Design Studio
We stay on the drawing until it survives the job site.
We lead each project from the first sketch through turnkey delivery — shaping program and circulation, resolving daylight and massing, and coordinating with structural and MEP engineers and the architect of record so design intent survives value-engineering.
We stay involved during construction: reviewing submittals and shop drawings, walking the site, managing punch and close-out. When desired, we hand over fully furnished — FF&E procurement, installation and styling included.
Scope
Contemporary, timeless spaces that live well in Miami’s climate: indoor–outdoor flow, durable natural materials, layered lighting at a human scale.

Long relationships with Miami’s best builders and craftsmen — which is why our projects land on schedule and on budget.

Strategy
We source covetable properties, many of them off-market. The analysis factors location, supply and demand, demographic data, behavioral shifts and design feasibility — and we stay inside neighborhoods where CASA already has market intelligence and execution capability.
Project management & planning
An in-house team of project managers and designers works the planning, development analysis, budget, architecture and construction together. That is what lets us make acquisition, development and sale decisions with the numbers and the drawings in the same room.
