Services
We help clients source, design and build.
Three ways to work with CASA. On our own developments we are the principal. On yours we are the studio, the owner’s representative, or both.
01 · Investment
We put our own capital in first.
CASA sponsors and develops as principal. We source covetable properties, many of them off-market, and underwrite them against location, supply and demand, demographic data, behavioral shifts and design feasibility — staying inside neighborhoods where we already have market intelligence and execution capability.
Ground-up and adaptive renovations of luxury single-family and boutique multi-family, plus collaborations with commercial developers on hospitality-led, multifunctional spaces. We co-invest alongside aligned LPs and co-GPs.

02 · Design Studio
We stay on the drawing until it survives the job site.
Architecture, interior architecture and turnkey outfitting. We design every CASA project in-house, and take interiors as a standalone commission for private owners and other developers.
We lead from the first sketch through turnkey delivery — shaping program and circulation, resolving daylight and massing, and coordinating with structural and MEP engineers and the architect of record so design intent survives value-engineering. During construction we review submittals and shop drawings, walk the site, and manage punch and close-out. When desired, we hand over fully furnished: FF&E procurement, installation and styling included.

Contemporary, timeless spaces that live well in Miami’s climate: indoor–outdoor flow, durable natural materials, layered lighting at a human scale. The studio works throughout South Florida, from Pinecrest to Palm Beach.
03 · Owner’s Representation
The same scrutiny, on your side of the table.
Independent budget, schedule and quality control for owners and family offices. We hold the contractor and the consultants to the drawings and to the number — and we tell you plainly what we would do with it.
Because we develop as principal, we know where the money and the schedule actually go. That is what we bring when we are representing you instead of ourselves.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
What is an Owner’s Representative?
An Owner’s Representative serves as the central command center of a project, coordinating the teams and processes that would otherwise fall to the client to manage. These can include brokers, architects, interior and landscape designers, permit expeditors, contractors, specialty trades, and vendors.
CASA brings these participants into one coordinated process, giving you a single point of contact for project oversight, decisions, budgets, and schedules. The goal is a cohesive design-and-build experience, with your Owner’s Representative connecting every part of the project from initial planning through completion.
When should I hire CASA?
Engage CASA when you want a more efficient, coordinated approach to developing, building, or renovating a property. We help reduce the friction that comes from managing multiple teams and navigating unfamiliar processes independently.
By aligning design, budgets, schedules, and execution early, we help avoid common pitfalls, reduce unnecessary costs and delays, and make decisions in the right sequence. The result is a clearer process that protects your investment and keeps the project moving toward your goals.
Does CASA work on projects outside Miami?
Yes. Our design team works on projects across the United States and internationally, bringing CASA’s approach to quality, timeless design, and lasting value to a range of locations.
Beyond design, we can also explore owner’s representation and sourcing investment opportunities in other markets where we work, including New York City, Colorado, and Switzerland. Our involvement is tailored to the location, project requirements, and local team.
Can I hire CASA only for design?
Yes. Our Design Studio accepts standalone commissions for private owners and developers. Services can include interior architecture, space planning, material and finish selections, lighting, and custom millwork design. Furniture procurement, installation, and styling can also be included, depending on your needs and the agreed scope.
Does CASA work with existing architects, designers, or contractors?
Yes. We regularly collaborate with external project teams and can work alongside professionals you have already selected. Whether providing design services or acting as your Owner’s Representative, we help coordinate their work, resolve decisions, and maintain continuity between the design vision and its execution.
How does CASA Investment work?
CASA identifies, evaluates, and develops real estate opportunities, investing our own capital alongside investment partners. We lead the development process, from acquisition and financial analysis through design, construction, and sale or other agreed investment strategy. Each opportunity has its own business plan, structure, timeline, and risks, which we discuss directly with prospective partners.
What does “turnkey” mean?
Turnkey describes a property delivered ready for its intended use. Depending on the engagement, this can extend through completed construction and interiors to furniture, lighting, installation, and final styling. We define the scope at the outset so you understand exactly what is included at handover.
At what stage of my project should I contact CASA?
Ideally, as early as possible, including before purchasing a property or committing to a design and construction team. Early involvement allows us to assess feasibility, establish realistic budgets, and align the project’s design and execution. We can also join during design or construction, with our role tailored to the project’s stage and needs.
