Owner’s Representation
The discipline of a developer. On your side.
Whether you’re planning a new home or undertaking a major renovation, CASA represents your interests, bringing experience, clarity and oversight to the decisions that shape your project.

What it means
Building or renovating a home involves many professionals: architects, designers, engineers, contractors and specialists. Each has an important role, but keeping everyone aligned while protecting the owner’s interests requires someone who understands the bigger picture.
That’s where CASA comes in. As your Owner’s Representative, we help coordinate the people, information and decisions involved in your project. We review proposals, monitor progress, anticipate potential issues and provide clear recommendations, so you can make informed decisions without having to manage every detail yourself.
What makes our approach different is that we bring the experience of a team that also invests in and develops its own homes. We understand how design decisions affect budgets, how changes influence schedules and how small details can impact the finished result. We apply that same discipline and attention when representing your interests.
Whether you’re involved in every decision or managing your project from a distance, our role is to provide a trusted perspective, protect your priorities and help keep the project moving toward your vision.
How it works
We understand your project and your team.
We begin by understanding your goals, priorities, budget, timeline and the current stage of your project. If you’re starting from the beginning, we can help you identify and select the right architects, contractors and specialists. If you already have a team, we work alongside them.
We establish a clear plan.
We define our responsibilities, communication process, reporting frequency, site visits and the decisions that require your approval. From the outset, everyone understands how information and decisions will be managed.
We keep the project aligned.
We monitor progress against the budget, schedule and approved plans, coordinate communication between professionals and help identify potential issues before they become bigger challenges.
We help you make informed decisions.
Construction involves changes, proposals and unexpected situations. Before you approve a significant decision, we review the details, evaluate its implications and explain the available options. You remain in control, with the information and recommendations needed to move forward confidently.
We support the final handover.
As construction approaches completion, we help coordinate outstanding items, final inspections, close-out documentation and the handover process, working with the project team toward a well-organized finish.
Who it is for
Homeowners building or renovating a residence
You’re undertaking a significant construction or renovation project and want an experienced professional looking after your interests, coordinating the team and helping you navigate important decisions.
Homeowners with an existing architect or design team
You already have creative professionals leading the design, but need someone to represent you throughout construction, coordinate the different parties and help keep the project aligned with your expectations.
Remote homeowners, family offices and property investors
You may live outside Miami, manage several properties or simply have limited time to oversee construction. You need a trusted local representative who provides clear communication, consistent oversight and reliable information.
When you need this
You’re about to begin a construction project.
You want to assemble the right team, establish realistic expectations and make important decisions with experienced guidance from the beginning.
You can’t be on-site as often as you’d like.
Whether you live elsewhere or have a demanding schedule, you need someone who can visit the property, follow progress and keep you informed without requiring your constant presence.
You’re facing decisions with financial or scheduling implications.
A contractor proposes a change, costs shift or the timeline needs to be adjusted. You want someone with development experience to review the situation, explain the consequences and help you evaluate the alternatives.
You have a team, but need someone looking at the whole picture.
Your architect, designer and contractor are each responsible for their work, but you want a central point of coordination focused on your priorities and the overall progress of the project.

Start a conversationFrequently asked questions
Why do I need an Owner’s Representative if I already have an architect and contractor?
Your architect and contractor each have specific responsibilities. An Owner’s Representative looks at the project from your perspective, helping coordinate the different parties, review decisions and keep your priorities at the center.
Will CASA make decisions on my behalf?
You remain in control of your project. We review information, explain the implications of important decisions and provide recommendations. Approval responsibilities are established at the beginning of our engagement.
Can I hire CASA only for Owner’s Representation?
Yes. Owner’s Representation can be contracted independently, even if your architect, designer or contractor is already in place.
Can CASA step in if my project is already under construction?
Yes, depending on the project’s circumstances. We can review its current status, identify where support is needed and discuss how our involvement could add value.
What if I don’t live in Miami?
Many owners need local representation precisely because they can’t be on-site regularly. We provide coordination, site visits and reporting according to the scope agreed for your project.
How much does Owner’s Representation cost?
Fees depend on your project’s size, complexity and the level of involvement required. Contact us to discuss your needs and receive a tailored proposal.
How long will CASA stay involved in my project?
Our involvement depends on the stage of your project and the agreed scope of services. We can discuss a suitable engagement period based on your timeline and needs.
